024-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-1 - General Concepts

(a) The Concession Manual documents a uniform standard for effective concession management. It also ensures Concessionaire compliance with Division operating procedures and terms and conditions of the contract, for the protection of both the Concessionaire and state. The Division expects 100% compliance with the terms and conditions in the contracts.
(i) The contract will define the responsibilities of the Concessionaire and the State and the authority for the contract.
(b) All contracts shall be approved by the Wyoming Attorney General.
(c) All new concession contracts directly affected by the MOU must be approved by the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation prior to finalizing. (Buffalo Bill, Boysen, Keyhole, Guernsey, Glendo and Seminoe Reservoirs).
