028-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-12 - Contested Case Process
(a) The hearing
officer shall preside over the formal contested case hearing which shall be
conducted pursuant to the WAPA and the Office of Administrative Hearings rules
concerning contested case proceedings as adopted in Chapter 1.
