028-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-14 - Surrender of License
(a) In the event a
license is suspended or revoked by the Board, surrendered for discipline or
otherwise restricted as a result of a settlement agreement, the licensee shall
surrender his/her current license to the Board office.
