028-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-5 - Default
(a) The Board may enter an order based on the
allegations in a complaint in any case where the licensee has not responded no
later than five (5) days prior to hearing, or in which the licensee or the
licensee's representative does not appear at a scheduled hearing for which
notice had been provided.
