029-4 Wyo. Code R. §§ 4-2 - Membership Present at Hearings
Any Commissioner present at a hearing may serve as the presiding officer at such hearing. The Director, or his designee, shall serve as the presiding officer if no Commissioners are present. The Director, or his designee, shall attend each hearing.
