029-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-1 - Incorporation by Reference
The Commission hereby incorporates by reference: Chapter 2 of the Department of Administration and Information Rule and Regulations: Uniform Procedures, Fees, Costs, and Charges for Inspecting, Copying, and Producing Public Records. This incorporation by reference does not include any later amendments or editions of the incorporated rule beyond September 6, 2016. The Commission has determined that incorporation of the full text in these rules would be cumbersome and inefficient given the length and nature of the rules. The incorporated rule is maintained at 6920 Yellowtail Road, Cheyenne, WY 82002 and is available for public inspection and copying in accordance with this rule at the same location. The incorporated material is available on the Commission's website: http://wwdc.state.wy.us/.
