036-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-4 - License by Endorsement
(a) Eligibility: An applicant may seek
licensure through endorsement if they hold a license in good standing to engage
in the practice of midwifery under the laws of another state provided:
(i) The applicant is currently licensed or
certified by any state with requirements at least as stringent as Wyoming;
and
(ii) The applicant has not been
sanctioned in another state without resolution satisfactory to the
Board.
