037-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-16 - Pipelines, Gathering Systems, Etc
In situations where pipelines, gathering systems, etc., are contemplated or proposed, the State Engineer may require a plat prepared by a licensed engineer or land surveyor showing the proposed pipeline route and points of use.
