039-5 Wyo. Code R. § 5-2 - Contracts
(a) All
contracts in the name of the Board shall be drafted in accordance with the
Contract Manual for State Agencies compiled by the Wyoming Attorney General's
office.
(b) Contracts shall be
executed, with Board approval, in the name of the Board by the Chairperson,
Vice Chairperson, or Secretary.
(c)
The administrative office of the Board shall retain a fully executed copy of
all contracts, together with any related attachments or exhibits.
