040-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-3 - Definitions

In addition to the definitions set for in Title 23 of the Wyoming Statutes and Chapter 2, General Hunting Regulations, the Commission also adopts the following definitions for the purpose of this chapter:

(a) "Geographic Information" means any location information collected by the Department or Commission related to the legal harvest of wildlife killed under a Department issued big game, furbearer hunting or trapping, game bird, small game, trophy game or wild bison license at a scale finer than a hunt area, or finer than a management area designation.

(b) "Personally Identifiable Information" means a person's name, address, electronic mail address, date of birth, telephone number, driver's license number, social security number, passport number, sportsperson identification number, tax identification number or any part of the preceding information.
