040-25 Wyo. Code R. §§ 25-5 - Falconry Examination
(a) The examination administered by the
Department shall cover care and handling of raptors, federal and state laws and
regulations relevant to falconry and other appropriate subject
matter.
(b) Any applicant failing
to correctly answer at least eighty percent (80%) of the questions on the
examination shall be allowed to retake the examination at thirty (30) day
intervals.
