040-69 Wyo. Code R. §§ 69-3 - Disposition of Cold-Blooded Wildlife
Unless otherwise specified, no live cold-blooded wildlife held in possession shall be abandoned, released, transferred or allowed to escape without authorization from the Department. Cold-blooded wildlife released or abandoned without written authorization of the Department may be taken by Department personnel.
