044-50 Wyo. Code R. §§ 50-16 - Contracts Affected
All new and renewal reinsurance transactions entered into after the effective date of this rule shall conform to the requirements of W.S. 26-5111 through 26-5-117 and this regulation if credit is to be given to the ceding insurer for such reinsurance.
