044-50 Wyo. Code R. §§ 50-2 - Purpose
The purpose of this regulation is to set forth rules and procedural requirements which the Wyoming Insurance Commissioner deems necessary to carry out the provisions of W.S. 26-5-111 through 26-5-117 of the Insurance Code. The actions and information required by this regulation are declared to be necessary and appropriate in the public interest and for the protection of the ceding insurers in this state.
