044-55 Wyo. Code R. §§ 55-10 - Determined Violation
Any violation of this Regulation constitutes an undefined unfair or deceptive trade practice as set forth in and subject to W.S. § 26-13-116 and shall be subject to penalties set forth at W.S. § 26-1-107.
