045-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-15 - Seismographic Activities
(a) Drilling,
blasting, or any type of longitudinal seismographic investigation will not be
allowed within the highway rights-of-way under Department
jurisdiction.
(b) The laying of
temporary cable across interstate, primary, and secondary roads may be
permitted upon receipt of a formal request by the respective District
Maintenance Engineer.
(c) The
District may issue Form M-23 "Seismograph Cable Crossing License" which
outlines specific stipulations to be followed. (Also see Operating Policy
19-3).
