046-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-4 - Compliance Bond or Certified Check Required
Promoters must comply with the bond and expense estimate requirements of W.S. § 33-48-106.
(a) All bonds must be current and list the
Commission as the obligee.
(b)
Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of the event and disciplinary
action.
