046-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-7 - Delay of Bouts
Promoters are responsible for having contestants ready to enter the ring or cage immediately after the conclusion of the preceding bout. Any promoter causing a delay of more than five minutes may be subject to disciplinary action.
