048-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-13 - Discharge of Uncollectible Debts
(a) Institutional
determination of uncollectible debts will be submitted to the Agency
Director;
(b) Pursuant to W.
S.
9-1-415, all uncollectible debts must be
certified by the State Auditor's Office on the attached SA-25 Forms.
