048-17 Wyo. Code R. §§ 17-17 - Infection Control
(a) The facility shall:
(i) Maintain a sanitary environment which
prevents the transmission and sources of infections and communicable
diseases;
(ii) Develop and
implement policies governing control of infections and communicable diseases;
and
(iii) Maintain a log of
incidents related to infections and communicable diseases.
