048-22 Wyo. Code R. § 22-24 - Life Safety and Electrical Safety
Existing life safety and electrical safety in rehabilitation hospitals shall be maintained in accordance with the requirements of the edition of the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code that was in effect at the time the facility was licensed as a hospital.
(a) Where portions of a rehabilitation
hospital have been licensed at different times, the existing life safety and
electrical safety in each portion shall be maintained in accordance with the
requirements of the NFPA 101 Life Safety Code that was in effect at the time
that portion was added to the license.
(b) Rehabilitation hospitals that are
federally certified shall meet, at a minimum, the edition of the NFPA 101 Life
Safety Code required by the federal government.
