048-25 Wyo. Code R. §§ 25-17 - Emergency Preparedness
(a) A center shall develop and maintain an
emergency preparedness plan in accordance with the Chapter 3 of these
Rules.
(b) A center shall:
(i) Ensure the plan includes ongoing
coordination with community agencies and other local health care
facilities;
(ii) Review the plan
annually; and
(iii) Update the plan
as necessary.
