048-26 Wyo. Code R. §§ 26-11 - Dietitian Services
(a) Eligible providers. Dietitians.
(b) Covered services.
(i) Medically necessary professional services
furnished by a dietitian, as prescribed by a physician.
(c) Service limitations.
(i) Medicaid reimbursement for Dietitian
service(s) shall be limited to a total of twenty (20) visits per calendar year,
unless pre-approved.
(ii) The
limitations of this subsection shall not apply to:
(A) A client who is under age twenty-one
(21); or
(B) A pregnant
woman.
