048-35 Wyo. Code R. §§ 35-2 - Purpose and Applicability
(a) This Chapter shall apply to and govern
all Medicaid third party liability and estate benefit recoveries.
(b) The requirements of Title V and Title XIX
of the Social Security Act,

1396(a)(25), 42 U.S.C.
§ 1396K(a)(1)(A),
42
U.S.C. §
1396p, 42 C.F.R. Ch, IV
§§ 433.135 - 433.154,
42 C.F.R. §
433.36, and the Wyoming Medicaid State Plan
under Title XIX of the Social Security Act also apply to Medicaid
herein.
