048-6 Wyo. Code R. §§ 6-15 - Superseding effect
When promulgated, this Chapter supersedes all prior rules or policy statements issued by the Department regarding the EPSDT/HEALTH CHECK program, including provider manuals and provider bulletins, which are inconsistent with this Chapter.
