048-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-7 - Grievance Procedure
(a) The written
grievance procedure shall establish a system of reviewing complaints and
allegations of residents right violations to include, but not limited to:
(i) Resident method to voice
grievances;
(ii) Documentation of
the provider's response to verbal and written resident grievances;
(iii) List of agencies, with address and
telephone numbers for residents to contact if grievances are not addressed
satisfactorily (e.g. State Long Term Care Ombudsman); and
(iv) Written reports of the grievances and
resolutions shall be provided to the Department Director's designee, which is
the Licensing Division, within ten (10) days after the grievance is
filed.
