048-9 Wyo. Code R. §§ 9-15 - Procedural Rights of Contestant
The Contestant, or his representative may, in keeping within the Wyoming Rules of Civil Procedure:
(a) Engage in discovery; and
(b) Bring witnesses, establish all pertinent
facts and circumstances, present an argument, and question or refute any
testimony or evidence, including the opportunity to confront and cross-examine
adverse witnesses, in compliance with the WRCP.
