049-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-2 - Purpose
These Rules are adopted to implement the Department's responsibilities under the Adult Protective Services Act (Wyo. Stats. §§ 35-20-102 through 35-20-116) relating to adult protective services in Wyoming, to assist in the administration of the Department's programs, to assure the safety and well-being of vulnerable adults and to articulate penalties for abuse, neglect, intimidation, abandonment, self-neglect and exploitation of a vulnerable adult pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 6-2-507.
