049-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-5 - Assessment Track
(a) The supervisor shall assign cases to the
Assessment Track within twenty-four (24) hours of the intake of a report of
abuse, neglect, exploitation, intimidation, abandonment or self-neglect which
does not meet the criteria for the Investigation Track.
(b) Reports in the Assessment Track can be
reassigned to the Investigation Track as new or additional information is
obtained and reviewed.
