049-3 Wyo. Code R. §§ 3-27 - Education
(a) The
organization shall develop, adopt, follow and maintain on file written policies
and procedures governing educational needs of a child;
(b) Each child who is of compulsory school
age shall participate in a Wyoming Department of Education-approved and/or
local school district-approved school program;
(c) High School Equivalency programs shall be
made available for children who are not participating in a Wyoming Department
of Education-approved and/or local school district-approved school
program;
(d) The organizations
shall provide appropriate space and supervision for quiet study after school
hours;
(e) The organizations shall
ensure that each child has access to necessary educational reference materials;
and
(f) The organization shall
ensure that developmental issues, learning disabilities, and/or behavioral
issues, are assessed and addressed as indicated.
