(a) All Therapeutic
Foster Care (TFC) programs must comply with all sections of this Chapter and
the following Chapters and Sections:
(i)
Chapter 1: All
(ii) Chapter 2:
All
(iii) Chapter 3: Sections
1 through 18, Sections 20 through 28, and 30
through 32.
