051-7 Wyo. Code R. § 7-9 - Transcript in Case of Appeal
In case of an appeal to the District Court, the party appealing shall secure and file a transcript of the testimony and other evidence offered at the hearing with the Board, which transcript must be verified by the oath of the reporter who took the testimony as a true and correct transcript of the testimony and other evidence in the case. The cost of making the transcript shall be paid by the party appealing.
