051-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-23 - Adjacent State Contiguous Property Movement Permits
(a) In areas where
the state line divides a contiguous property, Animals may move into Wyoming
from an adjacent state without an ICVI provided the owner has made application
to the Board and has been issued an Adjacent State Contiguous Property Movement
Permit and the state veterinarian in the adjacent state has also signed the
permit.
