053-15 Wyo. Code R. §§ 15-1 - Cut- Off Date
All actions that occur prior to July 1 involving benefit charges or relief of charges that affect an employer's tax rate, shall be used in the computation of the employer's rate for the ensuing calendar year. At the Division's discretion, actions involving benefit charges or relief of charges that affect an employer's tax rate, of which the Division is notified prior to October 1, may be used in the computation of the employer's tax rate for the ensuing calendar year.
