057-8 Wyo. Code R. §§ 8-7 - Adopting Rules and Regulations
(a) If any provision of Commission
Rules is held invalid, all other rules shall remain valid and
effective.
(b) Amendments to
Commission Rules shall be promulgated under the Wyoming
Administrative Procedure Act

16-3-115.
