059-2 Wyo. Code R. §§ 2-7 - Personal Responsibility and Accountability
(a) Each pharmacist, pharmacy intern,
pharmacy technician, and pharmacy technician in training shall be responsible
and accountable for their own actions performed in their practice of
pharmacy.
(b) If any action of the
supervising pharmacist is deemed to contribute to or cause a violation of the
Wyoming Pharmacy Act, the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act, or the Board's
Rules and Regulations, the supervising pharmacist may be held
responsible.
(c) If any action of
the pharmacy license holder is deemed to contribute to or cause a violation of
the Wyoming Pharmacy Act, the Wyoming Controlled Substances Act, or the Board's
Rules and Regulations, the pharmacy license holder may be held
responsible.
