060-14 Wyo. Code R. § 14-2 - Definitions
(a) The Board will collect fees for
administrative services occurring from activities associated with its programs
conducted in accordance with the following Board rules:
(i) Chapter 7 - Farm Loans:
(A) Application Fee - $100.00
(B) A fee of 1% of the amount of the loan
shall be paid by the borrower at closing.
(ii) Chapter 7 - Beginning Agricultural
Producer Loans:
(A) Application Fee -
$100.00
(B) A fee of 1% of the
amount of the loan shall be paid by the borrower at closing.
(b) The fee for
reamortization of any loan will be 1% of the reamortized amount.
(c) The Board shall collect fees incurred by
the Department of Education related to the approval and monitoring of charter
schools pursuant to
W.S.
21-3-302.1(c).
