060-16 Wyo. Code R. §§ 16-15 - Program Compliance
(a) The Board shall
administer the state drinking water revolving loan account program in
accordance with all applicable federal laws and regulations. The Board shall
enter into, and periodically update, Memorandums of Understanding with DEQ and
WWDO to implement the program and facilitate program compliance.
