060-19 Wyo. Code R. § 19-9 - Cooperative Plans and Agreements
(a) All leases are
issued subject to the right of the Director to require a cooperative plan for
exploration, development, operation, and production of coal.
(b) Any person may request that state lands
be included in a cooperative plan by submitting two (2) copies of the
preliminary draft agreement to the Director for approval.
