060-25 Wyo. Code R. § 25-8 - Lease Term
(a) Sand and
gravel, borrow material, and rip-rap rock leases shall be for a primary term of
two (2) years.
(b) The term of a
sand and gravel, borrow material, and rip-rap rock lease may be extended beyond
its primary term only as provided by law, by these rules, or by a specific
lease provision.
