060-27 Wyo. Code R. §§ 27-3 - Delegation of Authority
(a) To the extent
required to carry out the provisions of this Chapter, the Board delegates
discretion to the Director to decide whether to approve or deny a Prescribed
Burn Application. For every Prescribed Burn Application approved, the Director
shall prepare an informational Board matter pursuant to Chapter 1 of these
rules.
