060-29 Wyo. Code R. §§ 29-7 - Evaluation Criteria
The Board shall evaluate applications utilizing the following criteria:
(a) Whether applicant has
executed a facility owner contract with the Wyoming Energy Conservation
Improvement Program;
(b) Whether
the applicant has matching funds for the audit from other than state
grants;
(c) Whether the applicant
is current on all its repayment obligations to the Board.
