060-30 Wyo. Code R. §§ 30-12 - Audits and Inspections
(a) The Board may,
at its expense, conduct an audit of the records of the applicant and inspect
the construction and operation of the project. Borrowers shall maintain project
accounts in accordance with generally accepted government accounting
standards.
