060-30 Wyo. Code R. § 30-7 - Board Consideration
(a) The Board shall
consider each loan application and may allow for comments from the applicant
and from the Director. The Board shall also establish the amount of loans and
principal forgiveness awarded and the term of the loan. The term of loans
awarded by the Board shall not exceed twenty (20) years.
