060-30 Wyo. Code R. §§ 30-8 - Interest Rates
(a) The interest
rate for all loans awarded under this Chapter shall be zero percent
(0%).
(b) If loans under this
Chapter to DEQ are permissible under federal law, such loans for corrective
actions at leaking underground storage tank sites shall be zero percent (0%)
pursuant to Chapter 14 of the rules as established by the Board.
