060-35 Wyo. Code R. §§ 35-2 - Program Eligibility
To be eligible for funding under the program, the applicant shall:
(a) Meet the eligibility
criteria set forth in
W.S.
35-11-528(d); and
(b) Be in compliance with all applicable
reporting requirements with the Wyoming Department of Audit and Wyoming
Department of Revenue prior to its application being considered by the
Board.
