060-38 Wyo. Code R. §§ 38-12 - Audits and Inspections
(a) On an annual
basis, records of the borrower shall be, at a minimum, compiled by an
independent accounting firm. The borrower shall provide the Office a
Compilation, Review or Audited Financial Statement.
(b) The Board may, at its expense, conduct an
independent audit of the borrower's records and inspect the construction and
operation of the project.
