061-5 Wyo. Code R. §§ 5-2 - Definitions
(a) "Renewal Year"
means the calendar year following any year in which a registrant holds an
active certificate.
(b) "Third
Party" means a person associated with or duly authorized by a CPE vendor or
sponsor to represent that vendor or sponsor.
