061-7 Wyo. Code R. §§ 7-15 - Subpoenas
(a) A Board member or the hearing officer may
issue subpoenas for the attendance of witnesses and for the production of
books, records, documents, and other evidence, and shall have the power to
administer oaths.
(b) Service of a
subpoena must be made at the expense of the party applying for it and shall be
made in the manner provided by law for service of subpoenas in civil
actions.
