068-1 Wyo. Code R. §§ 1-4 - Severability
If any provisions of these Rules or the application thereof to any individual or circumstance is invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of these Rules which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of these Rules are declared to be severable.
